[Travel-external] DLA Funded - Travel Requests

Good afternoon,

All travel under DLA-funded programs is subject to prior approval by DLA.  This request will be sent to you every month so that we can make sure all travel has the proper approval to ensure reimbursement.
Please note, we have a new template attached and a new email address for submissions: accounts at sfsa.org<mailto:accounts at sfsa.org>

Please submit anticipated DLA-funded travel using the new attached template.  Travel in the next calendar month, or thereafter, should be submitted.

A few notes on the file:

  *   The green cells need to be filled in.
*      Do not include any travel that has already been previously submitted


Please send your travel information promptly so that we can compile and send to DLA for approval.  This month's deadline for submissions is Monday October 28th.

*Note that DLA will not approve travel that has already occurred
